Additional Provisions Regarding Fees. a) FTI may stop work or terminate the Agreement immediately upon the giving of written notice to the Client (i) if payments are not made in accordance with this Agreement, (ii) if the Application is not approved by the Bankruptcy Court, (iii) if the Chapter 11 case is dismissed or converted to a Chapter 7 proceeding, or (iv) if a Chapter 11 Trustee or other responsible person is appointed.
