Additional proposals. 8. (1) If Project Proponents at any time during the continuance of this Agreement desire to significantly modify expand or otherwise vary their activities carried on pursuant to this Agreement in relation to a Project beyond those activities specified in the approved proposals relating to that Project they shall give notice of such desire to the Minister and within 2 months thereafter shall submit to the Minister detailed proposals in respect of all matters covered by such notice and such of the other matters mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (q) of subclause (2) of Clause 6 as are applicable to the Project and as the Minister may require.
