Additional proposals. 7. (1) If the Proponents at any time during the continuance of this Agreement desire to significantly modify, expand or otherwise vary their activities carried on pursuant to any approved proposals they shall give notice of such desire to the Minister and, within 2 months thereafter, shall submit to the Minister detailed proposals in respect of all matters covered by such notice and such of the other matters mentioned in subclause (1) of Clause 5 as the Minister may require.
