PIER’s End of Year Retreat to close out the year, host educational and cultural workshops that promote higher education and bring awareness into the community, and as a reward and thank you to students for allowing UCLA to mentor them and assist them in their goals and dreams. May 2021 (Days TBD) Location TBD Friday from 3:00pm to Sunday at 2:00pm Transportation and food provided by UCLA ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ College Component: To focus on higher education post-high school in order to prepare students for being a full time student, part-time student, balancing work and academics, and other familial obligations that may impact their education. Through different workshops, students will begin to formulate a four year plan that will help them in deciding what path they want to follow to reach their academic and career goals. These workshops will also highlight Pacific Islanders in history who made an impact within the islands or internationally. We will also focus on historical and institutional barriers towards higher education and how people overcame them. Two (2) times a quarter College and Career Center During Site Times 3:00PM – 5:00PM 2. School will be responsible for all accommodation-related expenses. School will inform Students that they are responsible for any and all personal expenses including, but not limited to, the following: a. Transportation and expenses to and from UCLA, unless otherwise agreed b. All personal costs [meals, clothing, entertainment (not included in the Program), incidentals, etc.]

  • ADDITIONAL THIRD PARTY TERMS The following terms apply in addition to the Agreement:

  • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.

  • Additional Products and Services Subject to the allocation of funds, the CPO may add similar equipment, supplies, services, or locations, within the scope of this Agreement, to the list of equipment, supplies, services, or locations to be performed or provided by giving written notification to Contractor. For purposes of this Section, the “Effective Date” means the date specified in the notification from the CPO. As of the Effective Date, each item added is subject to this Agreement, as if it had originally been a part, but the charge for each item starts to accrue only on the Effective Date. In the event the additional equipment, supplies, services, or locations are not identical to the items(s) already under this Agreement, the charges therefor will then be Contractor’s normal and customary charges or rates for the equipment, supplies, services, or locations classified in the Fees and Costs (Exhibit “F”).
