Common use of Additional Observations Clause in Contracts

Additional Observations. In addition to the required formal observations, additional observations may be conducted for the purpose of gathering additional artifacts and evidence for the evaluation process. The evaluator shall document these observations on the Observation Form (Appendix C-3) and provide a copy to the employee within five (5) days of the observation. The employee shall be entitled to a post-observation conference with respect to such observations upon request. Such documentation shall be used to support and complete information gathered during the required formal observations.
