Additional Non-Production Instances. Additional Licenses for non‐production Instances other than what is described in this Non‐Production Instances Section may be purchased by Licensee and such additional non‐ production Instances shall be subject to the additional terms and conditions, including additional license and/or maintenance fees in accordance with Appendix C, Pricing Index to DIR Contract Number DIR‐TSO‐3923 and contained in the applicable Customer’s Purchase Order at the time of purchase for all other Licensees. Any copies made of the Licensed Software or Documentation pursuant to this Section A7(b) shall contain Tyler's proprietary and/or copyright notice(s).
