Common use of Additional Locks Clause in Contracts

Additional Locks. Tenant shall not attach or permit to be attached additional locks or similar devices to any door or widow, change any existing locks or the mechanism thereof, or make or permit to be made any keys for any door other than those provided by Landlord. Upon termination of this lease or of Tenant's possession, Tenant shall surrender all keys to the Demised Premises. Tenant shall be solely responsible for the costs of all locks and keys other than the original set in the premises as of the date of occupancy.
