Additional Locks. Tenant shall not attach, or permit to be attached, additional locks or similar devices to any door or window, change existing locks or the mechanism thereof, or make or permit to be made any keys for any door other than those provided by Landlord. Upon termination of this Lease or of Tenant's possession, Tenant shall immediately surrender all keys to the Premises.

Additional Locks a. Absolutely no additional locks or hasps of any kind may be used or installed. If you wish to have a deadbolt installed, Landlord will arrange for it, with a charge to Tenant which includes labor, installation, materials, keys, etc. Hasps are a safety hazard and will be removed immediately and 1 Landlord will also press charges Tenant will be billed accordingly. Bedroom keys are not provided unless specifically requested. If it becomes necessary to install a bedroom lock, the cost of labor and materials will be billed to Tenant.

Additional Locks. Tenant shall not attach, or permit to be attached, additional locks or similar devices to any door or window, change existing locks or the mechanism thereof, or make or permit to be made any keys for any door other than those provided by Landlord. Upon termination of this Lease or of Tenant's posses-sion, Tenant shall immediately surrender all keys to the Premises. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant shall be permitted liii to install keypads or other security locks on all perimeter and stairwell doors; provided, however, that all such facilities shall comply with all local codes and ordinances and Landlord will be furnished with keys or other access.

Tenant shall be entitled to change existing office, storage and other ancillary door locks or the mechanism thereof without the prior written consent of Landlord so long as a copy of the new key is promptly provided to Landlord. Tenant must, upon termination of this Lease, return to Landlord all keys to offices and restrooms either furnished to or otherwise procured by Tenant. In the event any key so furnished is lost, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the cost of replacing the same or of changing the lock or locks opened by such lost key if Landlord shall deem it necessary to make such change.
Additional Locks. No additional locks or bolts of any kind shall be placed upon any of the doors or windows by Lessee, nor shall any changes be made to existing locks or the mechanism thereof, unless Lessee promptly provides Lessor with the key or combination thereto. Lessee must, upon the termination of its tenancy, return to Lessor all keys to the Premises (including all keys to classrooms, offices and toilet rooms on the Premises), and in the event of the loss of any keys furnished at Lessor’s expense, Lessee shall pay to Lessor the cost thereof.
