Additional Locations of Collateral. Schedule 6 sets forth for each Company (a) the name and location of each bailee, warehouseman, consignee, processor, customs brokers, freight forwarder, common carrier or other person or entity (other than a Company) that has possession of any inventory, equipment or other tangible assets with a book value of at least $5,000,000 of such Company, and (b) the name and location of each bailee, warehouseman, consignee, processor, customs broker, freight forwarder, common carrier or other person or entity (other than a Company) that has previously during the past four months had possession of any inventory, equipment or other tangible assets with a book value of at least $5,000,000 of such Company.1
