Additional Load Compensation. Compensation for in-house substitute teaching in lieu of prep period will be compensated at $37.50 per class period. In the event a teacher is required to teach more than the normal teaching load for a full semester, the teacher shall receive additional compensation in the amount of $1,600 per semester.
