Additional Load Compensation. Bargaining Unit employees who agree to teach additional classes during the regular school year at the request of the District, will be paid a pro-rata amount based on their annual salary and based on the additional FTE percentage being taught.

Additional Load Compensation. If a Teacher is assigned more than the normal teaching load, as defined herein, the Teacher shall receive additional compensation as follows: The number of additional minutes of teaching per week divided by the applicable maximum number of minutes per week of student contact time, multiplied by the Teacher's salary equals overload pay. Such additional load compensation shall be calculated on a semester basis. If a classroom Teacher is assigned to more than one building, overload shall be based on a maximum of 1250 minutes of student contact time per week. The number of student contact minutes in excess of 1250 minutes per week divided by 1250, multiplied by the Teacher's salary equals the overload pay. Such additional load compensation shall be calculated on a semester basis.
Additional Load Compensation. If a teacher shall teach more than the normal teaching load, as set forth in this Agreement, (s)he shall receive additional compensation at the rate of 1/185 of his/her annual salary exclusive of extra-duty pay for each teaching day in excess of such norms (or fractions thereof).

Additional Load Compensation. Any Employee with more than the normal teaching load set forth in this agreement shall receive additional compensation at the rate of two-thirteenths (2/13) per year, or one-thirteenth (1/13) per semester of his/her annual salary exclusive of extra duty pay for each teaching period of each day in excess of such norms. (As an example, if a person was making $50,000, divide that number by 13 and then take that number times 2 for a full overload of both semesters. $50,000 divided by 13 = $3846.15 x 2 = $7692.30. If it was a one semester overload, it would be 1/13 =$3846.15).
