Additional Legal Requirements. 4.1 Third Party Property Owners. Occupancy Permits granted under this Attachment authorize Sprint to place Facilities in, or attach Facilities to, Poles, Conduits and Ducts owned or controlled by AT&T but do not affect the rights of landowners to control terms and conditions of access to their property.
