Common use of Additional Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Additional Insurance Coverage. To the extent coverage is applicable to Contractor’s services under this Contract, Contractor must maintain the following insurance coverage: (1) Cyber Liability: $1,000,000 per incident with the aggregate limit twice the required limit to cover the full replacement value of damage to, alteration of, loss of, or destruction of electronic data and/or information property of the County that will be in the care, custody or control of Contractor under this Contract. (2) Professional Liability: $2,000,000 combined single limit per claim and in the aggregate. The policy shall remain in full force and effect for no less than 5 years following the completion of work under this Contract.
