Additional Flexible Working Practices. NSW Maritime has formalised its approach to Flexible Work Practices in a set of guidelines (Appendix A). During the term of the Agreement the parties agree to consider and where appropriate trial and/or implement additional flexible work practices which are mutually beneficial.
