Common use of Additional Financing Statements Clause in Contracts

Additional Financing Statements. Upon the reasonable request of the Agent, the Borrower will execute and deliver or use its reasonable efforts to procure any document, give any notices, authorize the filing of any financing statements, mortgages or other documents, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, mark any chattel paper, deliver any chattel paper or instrumxxxx to the Agent and take any other actions that are necessary or, in the reasonable opinion of the Agent, desirable to perfect or continue the perfection of the Agent's security interest in the Collateral, to protect the Collateral against the rights, claims, or interests of third persons, or to effect the purposes of this Security Agreement. The Borrower will pay all reasonable out-of-pocket costs incurred in connection with any of the foregoing.
