Common use of ADDITIONAL FAR Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL FAR. 12.1 The Lessee hereby agrees that a total floor area ratio (“FAR”) of 3.75 and ground coverage of 40% (forty per cent.) is allotted to the Lessee by the Lessor in respect of the Hotel Plot. In the event that the FAR or ground coverage of this Hotel Plot stands increased for any reason whatsoever, the Lessor shall have the sole right with respect to the increased FAR and the Lessee will claim no right or benefit there from.
