ADDITIONAL FAR Sample Clauses

The "ADDITIONAL FAR" clause serves to incorporate extra provisions from the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) into a contract. In practice, this clause identifies specific FAR clauses that are not already included but are deemed necessary for the contract, such as those addressing unique compliance requirements or special circumstances. By doing so, it ensures that all relevant federal procurement rules are explicitly applied, thereby reducing ambiguity and ensuring the contract meets all applicable regulatory standards.
