Common use of Additional Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Additional Evaluation. In addition to the evaluations required under paragraph B.3 herein, principals and other supervisors and their designees may conduct evaluations at any time during the school year. These evaluations may cover individual observations that will be identified in the evaluation report. Additional evaluations described in this section shall be for the purpose of improving employee performance and/or for probation purposes. If the evaluator has any indication that the employee might not meet expectations in any of the seven categories of evaluation, the evaluator shall provide assistance through specific suggestions for improvement, opportunity to improve, and/or follow up assistance if requested, and observation prior to the final evaluation of the year.
