Common use of Additional Drawings Clause in Contracts

Additional Drawings. If during construction, situations arise which require additional drawings or details, Consulting Architect agrees to provide such additional drawings or details at no cost to City when the additional drawings or details are required to correct Consulting Architect's errors or omissions or clarify Consulting Architect's intent in the original design and preparation of construction drawings. If such situations occur through no fault of Consulting Architect, or are beyond his/her control, both parties agree to negotiate an equitable payment to Consulting Architect for his/her services rendered, which shall be accomplished through a Change Order.
