Necessary Applicable Permits Sample Clauses
The Necessary Applicable Permits clause requires that all parties involved in a project or transaction obtain and maintain any permits, licenses, or approvals mandated by law or regulatory authorities. In practice, this means that before commencing work or operations, the responsible party must ensure all relevant documentation is secured and kept up to date, such as building permits for construction or environmental clearances for certain activities. This clause serves to ensure legal compliance, prevent project delays, and allocate responsibility for regulatory adherence, thereby reducing the risk of fines, work stoppages, or legal disputes.
