Scheduled Completion Date. 19.4.1 The Mine Developer and Operator agrees and undertakes that development of Mines for excavation and Delivery of Coal shall be undertaken in a manner that the Completion and Commercial Operations Date occurs as per the timelines mentioned in Project Completion Schedule and the peak rated capacity occurs as per the approved Mining Plan (“Scheduled Rated Capacity Date”)
Scheduled Completion Date. 5.1 The Scheduled Completion Date shall occur on the ( ) day from the Appointed Date.
Scheduled Completion Date. 12.4.1 Pursuant to having in place the relevant approvals from the concerned authorities and procurement of Applicable Permits, the Concessionaire shall after the Appointed Date undertake construction of Project and Project Facilities in conformity with the provisions of this Agreement. The 1095th (One Thousand and Ninety Fifth) day from the Appointed Date of the Project shall be the scheduled date for completion of the Project (the "Scheduled Completion Date") and the Concessionaire agrees and undertakes that the Mandatory Development Obligations shall be completed on or before the Scheduled Completion Date.

Scheduled Completion Date. 12.4.1 On or after the Appointed Date, the Concessionaire shall undertake construction of the Project Facilities as specified in Schedule B. The 730th (Seven Hundred and Thirtieth) day from the Appointed Date shall be the scheduled date for completion of the Project Facilities (the “Scheduled Completion Date”) and the Concessionaire agrees and undertakes that the construction of the MLCP and its components shall be completed on or before the Scheduled Completion Date.

July 1, 2002 as to First Floor Space A and the Fourth Floor Space, and September 1, 2002 as to First Floor Space A and First Floor Space B (as adjusted in accordance with Section 4.2) Initial Term: Ten (10) years, commencing on the Commencement Date and expiring at the close of the day which is the tenth anniversary of the Commencement Date, except that if the Commencement Date shall be other than the first day of a calendar month, the expiration of the Initial Term shall be at the close of the day on the last day of the calendar month in which such date shall fall. Security Deposit: $[***], representing one (1) months’ average rent throughout the Term Base Operating Expenses: Base Operating Expenses shall be the actual Operating Expenses for the Property for calendar year 2003 (provided that, if during any portion of calendar year 2003, less than 95% of the Building Rentable Area was occupied by tenants or if the Building was in operation for only a portion of such year, actual operating expenses incurred shall be reasonably extrapolated by Landlord to the estimated operational expenses that would have been incurred if the Building were in operation for the entire year and 95% occupied for such year, and such extrapolated amount shall, for the purposes hereof, be deemed to be the Base Operating Expenses.
Scheduled Completion Date the Day that is forty-eight (48) months after the Date of Execution.
Scheduled Completion Date. Landlord shall proceed diligently with construction and completion of the Building Improvements and Tenant Improvements substantially in accordance with the Building Shell Plans and the Tenant Improvement Plans, respectively. Landlord shall complete the Improvements and they shall be Ready for Occupancy (as defined below) by Tenant not later than the Scheduled Completion Date set forth in paragraph 1 above; provided, however, that such Scheduled Completion Date shall be extended for a period of time equal to the period of any delay or delays encountered by Landlord affecting construction because of fire, earthquake, inclement weather, or other acts of God, acts of the public enemy, riot, insurrection, governmental regulations of the sales of materials or supplies or the transportation thereof, strikes or boycotts, shortages of material or labor or any other cause beyond the control of Landlord ("Force Majeure" and such delays a "Force Majeure Delay"), Tenant's early entry under the provisions of subparagraph (h) below or changes in the Final Tenant Improvement Plans pursuant to subparagraph (e) below. A Force Majeure Delay shall not be deemed to have occurred unless Landlord informs Tenant in writing that such delay has occurred promptly after Landlord learns of such delay.
Scheduled Completion Date. 12.4.1 On or after the Appointed Date, the Concessionaire shall undertake construction of the Mandatory Project and Mandatory Sports Infrastructure Project Facilities as specified in Schedule B and Schedule C. The 1095th (One thousand and ninety fifth) day from the Appointed Date shall be the scheduled date for completion of the Mandatory Project and the Mandatory Sports Infrastructure Project Facilities (the “Scheduled Completion Date”) and the Concessionaire agrees and undertakes that the construction of the Mandatory Projects and the Mandatory Sports Infrastructure Project Facilities shall be completed on or before the Scheduled Completion Date.
