Common use of Additional Documentation Clause in Contracts

Additional Documentation. From time to time, Borrower shall execute or procure and deliver to Lender such other and further documents and instruments evidencing, securing or pertaining to the Loan or the Loan Documents as shall be reasonably requested by Lender so as to evidence or effect the terms and provisions hereof. Upon Lender's request, Borrower shall cause to be delivered to Lender an opinion of counsel, satisfactory to Lender as to form, substance and rendering attorney, opining to (i) the validity and enforceability of this Agreement and the terms and provisions hereof, and any other agreement executed in connection with the transaction contemplated hereby, (ii) the authority of Borrower, and any constituents of Borrower, to execute, deliver and perform its or their respective obligations under the Loan Documents, as hereby modified, and (iii) such other matters as reasonably requested by Lender.

Additional Documentation. From time to time, Borrower shall execute or procure and deliver to Lender such other and further documents and instruments evidencing, securing or pertaining to the Loan or the Loan Security Documents as shall be reasonably requested by Lender so as to evidence or effect the terms and provisions hereof. Upon Lender's request, Borrower shall cause to be delivered to Lender an opinion of counsel, satisfactory to Lender as to form, substance and rendering attorney, opining to (i) the validity and enforceability of this Agreement and the terms and provisions hereof, and any other agreement executed in connection with the transaction contemplated hereby, ; (ii) the authority of Borrower, and any constituents of Borrower, to execute, deliver and perform its or their respective obligations under the Loan Security Documents, as hereby modified, ; and (iii) such other matters as reasonably requested by Lender.

From time to time, Borrower shall execute or procure and deliver to Lender Bank such other and further documents and instruments evidencing, securing or pertaining to the Loan or the Loan Documents as shall be reasonably requested by Lender Bank so as to evidence or effect the terms and provisions hereof. Upon LenderBank's request, Borrower shall cause to be delivered to Lender Bank an opinion of counsel, satisfactory to Lender Bank as to form, substance and rendering attorney, opining to (i) the validity and enforceability of this Agreement and the terms and provisions hereof, and any other agreement executed in connection with the transaction contemplated hereby, ; (ii) the authority of Borrower, and any constituents of Borrower, to execute, deliver and perform its or their respective obligations under the Loan Documents, as hereby modified, ; and (iii) such other matters as reasonably requested by LenderBank.

Additional Documentation. From time to time, Borrower Xxxxxxxx shall execute or procure and deliver to Lender such other and further documents and instruments documentation evidencing, securing or pertaining to the Loan or the Loan Documents as shall be reasonably requested by Lender Xxxxxx so as to evidence or effect the terms and provisions hereof. Upon Lender's ’s request, Borrower shall cause to be delivered to Lender an opinion of counsel, satisfactory to Lender lender as to form, substance and rendering attorney, opining as to (i) the validity and enforceability of this Agreement and the terms and provisions hereof, and any other agreement executed in connection with the transaction contemplated hereby, thereby; (ii) the authority of Borrower, and any constituents of Borrower, to execute, deliver and perform its or their respective obligations under the Loan Documents, as hereby modified, ; and (iii) such other matters as reasonably requested by Lender.Xxxxxx. ​

From time to time, Grantor/Borrower shall execute or procure and deliver to Lender such other and further documents and instruments documentation evidencing, securing or pertaining to the Loan or the Loan Documents as shall be reasonably requested by Lender so as to evidence or effect the terms and provisions hereof. Upon Lender's ’s request, Grantor/Borrower shall cause to be delivered to Lender an opinion of counsel, satisfactory to Lender as to form, substance and rendering attorney, opining to as to: (i) the validity and enforceability of this Modification Agreement and the terms and provisions hereof, hereof and any other agreement executed in connection with the transaction contemplated hereby, thereby; (ii) the authority of Borrower, and any constituents of Borrower, Grantor/Borrower to execute, deliver and perform its or their respective Grantor/Borrower’s obligations under the Loan Documents, as hereby modified, ; and (iii) such other matters as reasonably requested by Lender.

Additional Documentation. From time to time, Borrower shall execute or procure and deliver to Lender Bank such other and further documents and instruments evidencing, securing or pertaining to the Loan or the Loan Documents as shall be reasonably requested by Lender Bank so as to evidence or effect the terms and provisions hereof. Upon Lender's Bank’s request, Borrower shall cause to be delivered to Lender Bank an opinion of counsel, satisfactory to Lender Bank as to form, substance and rendering attorney, opining to (i) the validity and enforceability of this Agreement and the terms and provisions hereof, and any other agreement executed in connection with the transaction contemplated hereby, ; (ii) the authority of Borrower, and any constituents of Borrower, to execute, deliver and perform its or their respective obligations under the Loan Documents, as hereby modified, ; and (iii) such other matters as reasonably requested by LenderBank.

Upon Lender's request, Borrower Purchaser shall cause to be delivered to Lender an opinion of counsel, satisfactory to Lender as to form, substance and rendering attorney, opining to (i) the validity and enforceability of this Agreement and the terms and provisions hereof, and any other agreement executed in connection with the transaction contemplated hereby, ; (ii) the authority of BorrowerPurchaser and Guarantor, and any constituents of BorrowerPurchaser and Guarantor, to execute, deliver and perform its or their respective obligations under the Loan Documents, as hereby modified, ; and (iii) such other matters as reasonably requested by Lender.
