Common use of ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. DEVELOPER undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in Said Project after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the Act and save as expressly provided in this Agreement.

DEVELOPER The Owner/Vendor/Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in Said the Project after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the Act and save as expressly provided in this AgreementAct.

However with the consent of flat owners and save as expressly provided in this Agreementapproval from statutory authorities, the owner can do the additional construction or alteration.
