The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put put-up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) except for any addition construction as may be permitted by the Competent Authority as provided in and/or permitted under the Act.

The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan, lay out plan, sanctioned plan and specification, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) a n d d i s c l o s e d , except for as provided in the Act.

The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) authority/authorities and disclosed, except for as provided in the Act.

The Promoter Promoter/Developer undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(iesauthority (ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the Act.

The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project Phase after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided may be permitted in the Actaccordance to applicable laws.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided in the Act save and except vertical increase in the floors of the block/buildings as agreed or as per the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project Project/Phase after the building plan,lay-out plan, sanction plan and specifications,amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed except for as provided in the Act save and except vertical increase in the Floor or as agreed or as per the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the Act. But if the competent authority permits for additional construction for any reason may be change in Law/Rules, allottees undertake not to object in further construction and/or any changes in the Plan.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan has and specifications, amenities and facilities have been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the Actguidelines/permissions/ directions or sanctions by competent authority.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(sstructure (s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(iesauthority (ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the ActActand save to the extent specifically mentioned in this agreement or permitted by any law for the time being in force.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan plan, has been approved by the competent authority(iesauthority(i.e.) and disclosed, except for as provided in the Act. However with the consent of flat owners and approval from statutory authorities, the promoter can do the additional construction or alteration.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that except as otherwise mentioned elsewhere herein it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan occupancy certificate in respect of the Buildings in the Project has been approved issued by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided for elsewhere in this Agreement and/or in the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. 17.1 The Promoter undertakes that that, save as otherwise provided herein, it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the ActAct or under this Agreement, or as may be necessary to provide any essential services to the Project, or as may be mandated by any competent authorities under Applicable Laws.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. 17.1 The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the ActAct and the clauses below.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter No.2 undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project Complex after the building plan Said Plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the Act.

The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the ActAct save and except as agreed and mentioned above in recital “E” above.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) ), except for as provided in the Act.

The Promoter Promoter/Owner/Developer undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the Act.

The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the Act save and except vertical increase in the Floor as agreed or as per the Act.

The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project ‘Said Unit’ after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. 17.1 The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the ActAct and the clauses below.

The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project Project/Phase after the building plan,lay-out plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed except for as provided in the ActAct save and except vertical increase in the Floor as agreed.

The Promoter Promoters undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Said Project after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the ActAct and save as expressly provided in this Agreement.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that except as otherwise mentioned elsewhere herein it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan completion certificate in respect of the Building in the Project has been approved issued by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided for elsewhere in this Agreement and/or in the Act.

The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan plan, layout plan, sanction plan, specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the ActAct and or in this Agreement.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan, layout plans sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) authorities and disclosed, except for as provided in the Act; And in case of .additional structures if made by the Promoter all such structures should be regularized by the Promoter at it’s own responsibility, cost and expenses from the Competent Authority.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan occupancy certificate in respect of the Buildings in the Project has been approved issued by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided for elsewhere in this Agreement and/or in the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and/or disclosed, except for as provided in the Act.
