Common use of ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT. Where the Contract Particulars or tender documentation applicable to the Supply provides that: (a) the Best Practice Principles and Best Practice Industry Conditions; (b) the Queensland Charter for Local Content; or (c) Commonwealth Funded Building Work, is applicable, the relevant clauses of the Additional Conditions of Contract are deemed to form part of this Contract.
