Common use of ADDITIONAL COMMERCIAL TERMS Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL COMMERCIAL TERMS. While this Agreement does not impose any obligation on Intel to purchase or on Supplier to sell any goods, the parties anticipate that the successful completion of Phase 2 could result in the purchase and sale of goods arising, in whole or part, from the collaboration between the parties. Any such goods would be purchased by Intel will be purchased pursuant to an applicable Purchase Agreement – Goods to be negotiated between the parties (“Purchase Agreement”). The terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement shall include, but shall not be limited to, the Commercial Terms set forth in Addendum B, Commercial Terms.
