Additional Bonuses and Discretion. The Board and Committee retain discretion to award cash incentives, bonuses and long-term incentive awards to Executive separate from the annual incentive compensation and long term incentive opportunities specified in this Section 3(b) both during and after the Service Period (i.e., the provisions of this Section 3(b) are not exclusive).
