Additional Basis for Termination. FCHN shall terminate this Agreement for cause, in addition to the other bases for termination set forth in Section 8 of this Agreement, if it is determined that Facility has knowingly charged or attempted to charge a Payor for a service not actually rendered, or has knowingly violated a material provision of this Agreement.
