ADDITIONAL BALANCING AUTHORITIES. The Parties agree that any NERC ERO certified BA or other entity that is not a signatory to this Agreement may become a signatory to this Agreement, subject to SPP approval, so long as the BA or other entity agrees to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement as an Operating ZoneInterchange Equipment Operator within the SPP BAASBAA and ceases to be a BA.
