Common use of ADDITIONAL AND AFTER-HOUR SERVICES Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL AND AFTER-HOUR SERVICES. At Tenant's written request, Landlord shall furnish additional quantities of any of the services or utilities specified in Section 6.1, if Landlord can reasonably do so, on the terms set forth herein. If Tenant shall fail to make any such payment, Landlord may, upon notice to Tenant and in addition to Landlord's other remedies under this Lease, discontinue any or all of such additional services.
