Common use of Activity Reports Clause in Contracts

Activity Reports. Each Issuing Bank shall deliver a weekly report in the form of Exhibit O or any other form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, to the Administrative Agent on the first Business Day of each week indicating the number of Letters of Credit issued or amended (including the face amount thereof) on each day during the prior week by such Issuing Bank.

Activity Reports. Each Issuing Bank shall deliver a weekly report in the form of Exhibit O N or any other form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, to the Administrative Agent on the first Business Day of each week indicating the number of Letters of Credit issued or amended (including the face amount thereofthereof and whether such Letter of Credit is a Performance Letter of Credit or a Revolving Letter of Credit) on each day during the prior week by such Issuing Bank.
