ACTIVITY PASS. A teacher and one guest shall be entitled to attend, free of charge, all MCCSC extra-curricular activities for which the MCCSC charges admission upon presentation of his corporation issued photo ID.
ACTIVITY PASS. The Board is willing to issue a faculty plus one (1) identification pass to all events held within the School District. This pass will entitle the bearer to admission to all National Trail sponsored events. The pass will not provide admission to tournament games. ACTIVITY PASS. All employees covered by this agreement shall be admitted free of charge with their District-issued identification badge, along with a guest, to South St. Xxxx student activities (at home), excluding theatre performances.
ACTIVITY PASS. 73.1 The Board agrees to provide all members of the bargaining unit one (1) pass granting free admission to all school sponsored events. If the employee volunteers to work two (2) events during the school year, the employee shall be provided one (1) additional pass. The employee will be given the opportunity to volunteer for the activity of his/her choice, if possible, and for the remaining open activities will be assigned by the Athletic Ticket Manager. School sponsored events are defined as all athletic events. Passes shall not be transferable. Any children admitted under a pass must be accompanied by an adult. If the unit member chooses, he/she shall, in lieu of the passes, be paid per event, which will vary depending on the event.
ACTIVITY PASS. An activity pass shall be provided to the custodian and their spouse upon retirement.

This pass will be for immediate family only living in the household and Catoosa Public School has the right to revoke this pass privilege at any time. 2005-2006 ACTIVITY TRIPS On trips taken by school activity groups, expenses that are incurred during the trip will be paid for by the activity sponsor, including turnpike fees, any additional fuel that may be needed or any other expenses incurred by the activity group. Meals for bus drivers will be paid for by the driver who will be reimbursed by the District through the requisition process. Problems with a school vehicle(s) that are mechanical in nature will be handled by the driver, who will contact the director of transportation or his designee for direction in solving the problem. TRAVEL ALLOWANCE The Board will reimburse, to all support personnel, the amount allowable to State of Oklahoma employees for mileage traveled in conjunction with his/her job when using their own vehicle, provided that prior approval for this travel is obtained from their immediate supervisor. Employees will submit claims for this mileage reimbursement on appropriate requisition forms dictating the purpose, destination, and total mileage of the trip. Employees will submit mileage claims no more often than once per month.
