Common use of Activities Clause in Contracts

Activities. The SUBRECIPIENT shall perform all Project Services in accordance with this Contract, including the implementation of Community Development Block Grant CDFA with all Exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and all applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations. Such program will include the following activities eligible under the Community Development Block Grant program: PROGRAM DELIVERY See Exhibit A for complete description of activity to be undertaken including what products or services are to be performed, where they are to be provided, for whom they are to be provided, and how they are to be provided.
