Activities of Depositary when this Agreement is terminated When this Agreement is terminated, regardless of the reason of termination, the Manager must, if it still manages a Fund, appoint a new depositary as quickly as possible. The Depositary will continue its activities until a successor depositary has been appointed. The relationship between the parties will be controlled by this Agreement until the appointment of the successor depositary.
