Common use of Actions Affecting Representations Clause in Contracts

Actions Affecting Representations. Party B agrees not to take any action during the term of this Agreement or any Transaction hereunder that renders or could render any of the representations and warranties in this Agreement untrue, incorrect, or incomplete, and if any event or condition occurs that renders or could render any such representation untrue, incorrect, or incomplete, Party B will immediately give written notice thereof to Party A. (e) Section 1(c). For purposes of Section 1(c) of the Agreement, the Transaction evidenced by Confirmation, dated January 30, 2006, between Party A and Party B, as amended from time to time, shall be the sole Transaction under the Agreement.
