Action for risky or inappropriate conduct We can refuse you entry to the facilities and services or cancel your membership immediately if you behave in a way that is seriously risky or inappropriate, such as if you threaten or harass others, deliberately or recklessly damage equipment or facilities or if you use or distribute illegal or performance enhancing xxxxx.Xxx acknowledge that the distribution or use of illegal or performance enhancing drugs is prohibited and promise that you will not use or distribute these substances in or near the Club. For example, your Membership may be immediately suspended or cancelled (with a Cancellation Fee applying), you may be banned from joining any Club and/or we may refer the matter to appropriate authorities. If your conduct causes us or another person costs, loss or damages you agree to pay for these.

Action for risky or inappropriate conduct - If you behave in a risky or seriously inappropriate way, for example, if you threaten or harass others, damage equipment, distribute or use illicit substances, or train other Members without our authorisation, appropriate action will be taken. For example, your Membership may be immediately suspended or cancelled (with a Cancellation Fee potentially applying), you may be banned from joining any Club and/or we may refer the matter to appropriate authorities.

  • Bona Fide Request/New Business Request Process for Further Unbundling 6.1 BellSouth shall, upon request of <<customer_name>>, provide to <<customer_name>> access to its network elements at any technically feasible point for the provision of <<customer_name>>'s telecommunications service where such access is necessary and failure to provide access would impair the ability of <<customer_name>> to provide services that it seeks to offer. Any request by <<customer_name>> for access to a network element, interconnection option, or for the provisioning of any service or product that is not already available shall be treated as a Bona Fide Request/New Business Request (BFR/NBR), and shall be submitted to BellSouth pursuant to the BFR/NBR process.

  • Notice of Material Breach and Intent to Exclude The parties agree that a material breach of this CIA by Orbit constitutes an independent basis for Orbit’s exclusion from participation in the Federal health care programs. The length of the exclusion shall be in the OIG’s discretion, but not more than five years per material breach. Upon a determination by OIG that Orbit has materially breached this CIA and that exclusion is the appropriate remedy, OIG shall notify Orbit of: (a) Orbit’s material breach; and (b) OIG’s intent to exercise its contractual right to impose exclusion.
