Common use of Acting in Good Faith and Supply of Information Clause in Contracts

Acting in Good Faith and Supply of Information. At all times during the term of this Agreement, the Principal undertakes to act in good faith toward the Service Provider in respect of all matters under this Agreement. The Principal shall, so as not to delay the Service and within a reasonable time, supply to the Service Provider free of cost all information in the power of the Principal to obtain which pertains to the Service, the Project and the Railway. The Principal shall, free of any Costs to the Service Provider, to the extent not explicitly stated otherwise in this Agreement, comply with all of its obligations under this Agreement, including with respect to carrying out any action or providing any information identified and specifically requested by the Service Provider, as reasonably necessary to enable the Service Provider to progress the Service. Information or instructions provided to the Service Provider by or on behalf of the Principal in connection with the Railway or the Project shall be prepared and given in such a diligent and professional manner and with such clarity, in such detail and in a timely manner as is necessary to enable the Service Provider to comply with its obligations under this Agreement.
