User may use and modify the predetermined workflows and management tasks that are provided with the ACS subscription. However, User may not use the workflow software to design, create or run other types of workflows, business processes and/or management tasks. A separate subscription for Alfresco Process Services (APS) software is required for any such uses.

Tuttavia, la Società non può utilizzare il software per flussi di lavoro per progettare, creare o eseguire altri tipi di flussi di lavoro, processi aziendali e/o attività di gestione. Eventuali utilizzi di questo genere richiedono una sottoscrizione a parte per il software Alfresco Process Services (APS).
