Acquisition of Property. By no later than March 1, 2022, Developer shall have obtained land control for all of the parcels comprising the Property and all of the necessary rights of way required for the Project. Developer shall provide copies of deeds and such other closing documents as requested by the City or RDA regarding the purchase of the Property and rights of way. The Property and rights of way shall be owned in the name of the Developer.
