Common use of Acquiror Clause in Contracts

Acquiror. The outstanding shares of the Acquiror will not be exchanged or altered in any manner as a result of the share exchange and will remain outstanding as shares of the Acquiror.

Acquiror. The outstanding shares of capital stock of the Acquiror will not be exchanged exchanged, altered or altered affected in any manner as a result of the share exchange to be effected pursuant to the Plan and will remain outstanding as shares of the Acquiror.
