Common use of Acquired Rights Clause in Contracts

Acquired Rights. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that: (i) the Company may terminate or amend the Plan at any time; (ii) the award of the Granted PBRSUs made under this Agreement is completely independent of any other award or grant and is made at the sole discretion of the Company; (iii) no past grants or awards (including, without limitation, the Granted PBRSUs) give the Participant any right to any grants or awards in the future whatsoever; and (iv) any benefits granted under this Agreement are not part of the Participant’s ordinary salary, and shall not be considered as part of such salary in the event of severance, redundancy, or resignation.

Acquired Rights. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that: (i) the Company may terminate or amend the Plan at any time; (ii) the award of the Granted PBRSUs made under this Agreement is completely independent of any other award or grant and is made at the sole discretion of the Company; (iii) no past grants or awards (including, without limitation, the Granted PBRSUs) give the Participant any right to any grants or awards in the future whatsoever; and (iv) any benefits granted under this Agreement are not part of the Participant’s ordinary salary, and shall not be considered as part of such salary in the event of severance, redundancy, redundancy or resignation.

The Participant acknowledges and agrees that: (ia) subject to Section 12 hereof, the Company may terminate or amend the Plan at any time; (iib) the award of the Granted PBRSUs Restricted Stock made under this Agreement is completely independent of any other award or grant and is made at the sole discretion of the Company; (iiic) no past grants or awards (including, without limitation, the Granted PBRSUsRestricted Stock awarded hereunder) give the Participant any right to any grants or awards in the future whatsoever; and (ivd) any benefits granted under this Agreement are not part of the Participant’s ordinary salary, and shall not be considered as part of such salary in the event of severance, redundancy, redundancy or resignation.

Acquired Rights. Acquired Rights. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that: (ia) subject to Section 9 hereof, the Company may terminate or amend the Plan at any time; (iib) the award of the Granted PBRSUs Option made under this Agreement is completely independent of any other award or grant and is made at the sole discretion of the Company; (iiic) no past grants or awards (including, without limitation, the Granted PBRSUsOption awarded hereunder) give the Participant any right to any grants or awards in the future whatsoever; and (ivd) any benefits granted under this Agreement are not part of the Participant’s ordinary salary, and shall not be considered as part of such salary in the event of severance, redundancy, redundancy or resignation.

Acquired Rights. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that: (ia) subject to Section 13 hereof, the Company may terminate or amend the Plan at any time; (iib) the award of the Granted PBRSUs Restricted Stock made under this Agreement is completely independent of any other award or grant and is made at the sole discretion of the Company; (iiic) no past grants or awards (including, without limitation, the Granted PBRSUsRestricted Stock awarded hereunder) give the Participant any right to any grants or awards in the future whatsoever; and (ivd) any benefits granted under this Agreement are not part of the Participant’s ordinary salary, and shall not be considered as part of such salary in the event of severance, redundancy, redundancy or resignation.

Acquired Rights. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that: (i) the Company may terminate or amend the Plan at any time; (ii) the award of the Granted PBRSUs made under this Agreement is completely independent of any other award or grant and is made at the sole discretion of the Company; (iii) no past grants or awards (including, without limitation, the Granted PBRSUs) give the Participant any right to any grants or awards in the future whatsoever; and (iv) any benefits granted under this Agreement are not part of the Participant’s ordinary salarycompensation, and shall not be considered as part of such salary compensation in the event of severance, redundancy, redundancy or resignation.

Acquired Rights. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that: (ia) the Company Company, acting through its Board of Directors, may terminate or amend the Plan at any time; (iib) the award of the Granted PBRSUs Option made under this Agreement is completely independent of any other award or grant and is made at the sole discretion of the CompanyCommittee; (iiic) no past grants or awards (including, without limitation, the Granted PBRSUsOption awarded hereunder) give the Participant any right to any grants or awards in the future whatsoever; and (ivd) any benefits granted under this Agreement are not part of the Participant’s ordinary salary, and shall not be considered as part of such salary in the event of severance, redundancy, redundancy or resignation.

Acquired Rights. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that: (ia) the Company may terminate or amend the Plan at any timetime as provided in the Plan on the Grant Date; (iib) the award of the Granted PBRSUs this Option made under this Agreement is completely independent of any other award or grant and is made at the sole discretion of the Company; (iiic) no past grants or awards (including, without limitation, the Granted PBRSUsthis Option awarded hereunder) give the Participant any right to any grants or awards in the future whatsoever; and (ivd) any benefits granted under this Agreement are not part of the Participant’s ordinary salary, and shall not be considered as part of such salary in the event of severance, redundancy, redundancy or resignation.

Acquired Rights. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that: (ia) the Company may terminate or amend the Plan at any time, and this Agreement does not amend the Plan; (iib) the award of the Granted PBRSUs Option made under this Agreement is completely independent of any other award or grant and is made at the sole discretion of the Company; (iiic) no past grants or awards (including, without limitation, the Granted PBRSUsOption awarded hereunder) give the Participant any right to any grants or awards in the future whatsoever; and (ivd) any benefits granted under this Agreement are not part of the Participant’s ordinary salary, and shall not be considered as part of such salary in the event of severance, redundancy, redundancy or resignation.

Acquired Rights. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that: (ia) the Company may terminate or amend the Plan at any time, subject to the provisions of the Plan; (iib) the award of the Granted PBRSUs Option made under this Agreement is completely independent of any other award or grant and is made at the sole discretion of the Company; (iiic) no past grants or awards (including, without limitation, the Granted PBRSUsOption awarded hereunder) give the Participant any right to any grants or awards in the future whatsoever; and (ivd) any benefits granted under this Agreement are not part of the Participant’s ordinary salary, and shall not be considered as part of such salary in the event of severance, redundancy, redundancy or resignation.. * * * * * *
