Common use of Acknowledgment of Assignment Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgment of Assignment. Landlord and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ acknowledge and agree that, on July 11, 2022 (the “Assignment Date”), Original Landlord assigned to Landlord, and Landlord assumed, all of Original Landlord’s rights, title, and interest in and to the Lease in connection with an internal corporate restructuring. Accordingly, effective as of the Assignment Date, all references to the “Landlord” in the Lease are hereby deemed to be references to PG 4-Pack, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Further, PG 4-Pack, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, hereby ratifies the Lease and all actions taken by Original Landlord under the Lease prior to the date of this Second Amendment and acknowledges that the Lease is in full force and effect.
