Immediate recourse. Each Guarantor waives any right it may have of first requiring any Finance Party (or any trustee or agent on its behalf) to proceed against or enforce any other rights or security or claim payment from any person before claiming from that Guarantor under this Clause 18. This waiver applies irrespective of any law or any provision of a Finance Document to the contrary.

The Guarantor waives any right it may have of first requiring the Bank (or any trustee, agent or other person acting on its behalf) to proceed against or enforce any other rights or security or claim payment from any person before claiming from the Guarantor under this Guarantee.

This waiver applies irrespective of any law or any provision of a Finance Document to the contrary.

None of the Finance Parties shall be obliged, before exercising or enforcing any of the rights conferred upon them in respect of the Guarantors by this Agreement or by Law, to seek to recover amounts due from any Borrower or to exercise or enforce any other rights or Security any of them may have or hold in respect of any of the obligations of any Borrower under any of the Finance Documents save that no demand for any payment may be made on any Restricted Guarantor unless such demand has first been made on the relevant Borrower.

The Chargor waives any right it may have of first requiring the Agent (or any trustee or agent on its behalf) to proceed against or enforce any other rights or security in respect of the Secured Obligations or claim payment from any person before enforcing the Security. This waiver applies irrespective of any law or provision of the Finance Documents to the contrary.

The Chargor waives any right it may have of first requiring the Secured Party to proceed against or enforce any other rights or Security or claim payment from any person before claiming from the Chargor under this Charge. This waiver applies irrespective of any law or any provision of this Charge to the contrary.

The Parent waives any right it may have of first requiring any Finance Party (or any trustee or agent on its behalf) to proceed against or enforce any other rights or security or claim payment from any person before claiming from the Parent under this clause 17. This waiver applies irrespective of any law or any provision of a Finance Document to the contrary.
Immediate recourse. Each Hedge Guarantor waives any right it may have of first requiring any Secured Party (or any trustee or agent on its behalf) to proceed against or enforce any other rights or security or claim payment from any person (including without limitation to commence any proceedings under any Finance Document or to enforce any Transaction Security) before claiming or commencing proceedings under this Clause 20 (Guarantee and Indemnity – Hedge Guarantors). This waiver applies irrespective of any law or any provision of a Finance Document to the contrary.
Immediate recourse. The Pledgor waives any right it may have of first requiring the Pledgee to proceed against or enforce any other rights or security or claim payment from any person before claiming from the Pledgor under this Schedule.
