Acknowledgment of Assignment. The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to procure that as soon as practicable after each other party to the Contracts receives a Notice of Assignment, such other party shall deliver to the Collateral Agent an Acknowledgment of Assignment in substantially the form attached hereto or otherwise reasonably acceptable to the Collateral Agent.
