Acknowledgment of Assignment. The Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to procure that as soon as practicable after it receives a Notice of Assignment, the Manager shall deliver to the Collateral Agent an Acknowledgment of Assignment in substantially the form attached hereto or otherwise reasonably acceptable to the Collateral Agent.
