Common use of Acknowledgements & Amendments Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgements & Amendments. (a) The Parties acknowledge that, effective as of September 23, 2014, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.4, the following has been added to the Field set forth in Section 1.11(c): “the treatment of ornithine transcarbamylase deficiency (OTCD) in human beings by in vivo gene therapy administration.”
