Accurate Time Reporting. Each engaged resource must enter time into the VMS accurately and honestly. Failure to report time in an accurate, honest, and timely manner shall be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in disciplinary action, termination of the engagement, and/or termination of this Agreement.
Accurate Time Reporting. Each resource engaged through a Time and Material requirement must enter time into the Customer timekeeping system accurately and honestly by close of business (5 PM Eastern Time) each Monday. Failure to report time in an accurate, honest, and timely manner may result in disciplinary action or termination of the engagement.
