Completion of Assignment. In accordance with Article 10 – Work Hours, contract and regular faculty members must complete their annual faculty assignment within the terms of the academic year.
Completion of Assignment. The expectation is that a resource will complete the full term of their engagement and will not be pulled by the Supplier to work another assignment. In addition, the expectation is that a resource will complete the full term of their engagement under the Supplier that submitted them to the requirement in the VMS. If a resource wants to change Suppliers for reasons other than a breach of the Supplier, all parties (Customer, Supplier and new Supplier) will be notified.
Completion of Assignment. If an offer is made by Funding 1 in accordance with CLAUSE 4.1 above and that offer is accepted by the Seller, Funding 1 shall, subject to satisfaction of the conditions precedent set out in CLAUSE 4.1 above, pay to the Seller an amount equal to the increase in the Funding 1 share of the Trust Property, the Funding 1 Share of the Trust Property shall increase by a corresponding amount and the Seller Share of the Trust Property shall decrease by the same amount.

In addition, the expectation is that a resource will complete the full term of their engagement under the Subcontractor that submitted them to the requirement in the VMS. If a resource wants to change Subcontractors for reasons other than a breach of the Subcontractor, all parties (Customer, Subcontractor and new Subcontractor) will be notified.
Completion of Assignment. Subject to satisfaction of the conditions precedent set out in Clause 4.1 above and to acceptance of that offer by the Seller, Funding shall pay to the Seller an amount equal to the increase in the Funding Share of the Trust Property and the Funding Share of the Trust Property shall increase by a corresponding amount, and the Seller Share shall decrease by the same amount.
Completion of Assignment. If an employee begins a work assignment, the employee must complete that assignment except in the following instances:
Completion of Assignment. 18.1 If, for any reason whatsoever, you are unable to complete an assignment, you must notify us as soon as possible, with a minimum of 5 working days notice in writing where assignments are over 5 days in duration and 2 days notice for assignments less than 5 days in duration.
Completion of Assignment. Subject to satisfaction of the conditions precedent set out in Clause 4.1 above and to acceptance of that offer by the Seller, Funding shall pay to the Seller an amount equal to the increase in the Funding Share and, on the date of such payment, the Funding Share shall increase by a corresponding amount, and the Seller Share shall decrease by the same amount in accordance with Clause 8.3 and Clause 8.6 below.
Completion of Assignment. Immediately upon expiry of the Term or termination of this Agreement in accordance with Article 6, the Participant shall return to the Home Position or one of a comparable level with the Seconding Organization, which determination shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Seconding Organization. No offer of employment shall be made to the Participant by the Receiving Organization during the Term without the written consent of the Seconding Organization.
Completion of Assignment. If the assignment authorised by this Licence is not completed within the period of three months commencing on the date hereof, then, unless the Landlord (in the Landlord's absolute discretion) extends such period, the consent given by this Licence will become void and clause 6 of this Licence shall not take effect.
