Common use of Accruing Obligations Clause in Contracts

Accruing Obligations. Termination of this Agreement shall not relieve the parties of obligations occurring prior to such termination, including obligations to pay amounts accruing hereunder up to the date of termination. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Company shall be obligated to pay all patent related expenses with respect to patent activities occurred prior to the termination date.
