Accrued rights and liabilities. 66.7.1 The suspension of a person as a Pool Member and the cessation of a person as a Pool Member and/or a Party for whatever reason shall not prejudice its accrued rights and liabilities under this Agreement as at the date of its suspension or (as the case may be) cessation or its rights and liabilities under this Agreement which may accrue in relation to the period during which it was not so suspended or (as the case may be) it was a Party or any of its obligations under this Agreement which are expressed to continue notwithstanding such suspension or cessation.
